Christians joining in prayer
for our city and region
THE VISION
With God’s help and prompting, we are pursuing the uniting of Christians in Worcester around a concerted and on-going movement of prayer, believing that a great work of God is only possible as his children are united and on our knees before the Father.
THE GOALS
-
To unite all believers* in Worcester around our shared love for Christ, our joint commitment to the gospel, and a common vision for spiritual awakening in Worcester and beyond. (*across ethnic, generational and denominational borders)
-
Through a multi-facetted prayer movement, break the spiritual stronghold that exists in this region, opening up the path for God to move freely.
-
To establish a supportive, grace-filled relationship with civic and civil entities.
-
To lay the spiritual footing for new and current ministries to transform our city with the love of Christ.

“May God, who gives this patience and encouragement, help you live in complete harmony with each other, as is fitting for followers of Christ Jesus. Then all of you can join together with one voice, giving praise and glory to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
